Smoked bacon veg noodle soup

this is basically for one person meal so here it is

1 veg stock cube
2 1/2 cups water
Two small cabbage leaves finely shredded
1/2 carrot grated
4 slices of smoked bacon, finely chopped
Salt / pepper to taste
1tsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic granules
1/3 tsp onion salt
And rice noodles added last

1. Boil water and veg stock.
2. add cabbage. Cook for 5 mins then add bacon.
3. Add herbsparsley, onion salt and garlic granules.
4. Cook for 5 minutes and add grated carrot.
5. Simmer for another 10 mins before adding the noodles.
6. Now cook til the noodles are cooked through.

The soup is basically thickened slightly from the noodles so no thickening is needed.

Are you making your own dough?
Yes, I premade about 8 pizza bases last week, they're individually wrapped and in my freezer. I just take one out and leave it on the kitchen counter for half an hr and its ready to use. Almost as good as a fresh one, just waaaaaaay easier

Nope I cannot take any credit, its the easiest thing in the world.
I used this flour
Put a layer of waxed paper between each pizza base and then the whole lot into a big ass Jiffy bag, then dump it into freezer.
Very easy

Oh, they're not from scratch then. Maybe you can try make them without a box some time. Who knows.
