I'm quite happy with that after a seriously naughty week and weekend. Need to be focused this week though with the long weekend coming up.

Cut down to 2 meals a day and no eating in between. I do midday and 6pm. It quickly becomes normal and you get used to it in no time. If you struggle the first few days have a banana or something before lunch, and a handful of nuts in the evening.

No, don't need to do that.

Intermittent fasting isn't for me. By the time midday rolls around I'm so hungry that impulse control is an issue.

Same approach as me at the weekends.

FYI, it doesn't work.
Worked great for me in the past.
21kg in 6 months.

Nice thing is you naturally eat less as protein is a nice appetite suppressant.

To be fair the low-carb/keto diet does work for some people. It's not for me though, too much meat and fat and protein.

My approach is no matter what you are having also pack out the plate with veg. Example just had a veggie bake thing for lunch and the other 3/4 of the plate was filled with cauliflower and broccoli.

These gyms of ours can't open sooner. I tried running since December, but some of us are just not built for running.
I'm definitely not built for running at all - the walking is helping a lot though. Just as effective, just takes a bit longer.

Think I've found part of the problem. The damn pork sausages I have been buying for breakfast are 5g of carbs each. So 3 bangers for breakfast pretty much takes up my entire daily quota!

Fuck.
