Last time I reached 90 ten tear ago I was very happy with the result. So though I'll endeavor to get to 85 I will declare victory at 90.

No, don't need to do that.Cut down to 2 meals a day and no eating in between. I do midday and 6pm. It quickly becomes normal and you get used to it in no time. If you struggle the first few days have a banana or something before lunch, and a handful of nuts in the evening.

To be fair the low-carb/keto diet does work for some people. It's not for me though, too much meat and fat and protein.Same approach as me at the weekends.

Nice thing is you naturally eat less as protein is a nice appetite suppressant.

Yeah same here. 95.8 today and now there's Easter. I could use the four day break, but I could use another kg more.Things looking good!
