Think I've found part of the problem. The damn pork sausages I have been buying for breakfast are 5g of carbs each. So 3 bangers for breakfast pretty much takes up my entire daily quota!

Fuck.
I would think on your diet checking ingredients is critical. Tsk tsk.

Haha, I’ve managed to be the same this morning as I was last weigh in. Thinking now that that might change when the head gets ripped off the first chocolate bunny.

I'm up 2kg, so need Monday to debloat, I tend to retain water when drinking. I'll be happy if I check in the same as last week.

Third week that I inch into the high 95's before the weekend and then fuck it up. Can I or can't I behave tonight? I need to stick to one cheat day a week if I'm ever to stop dieting (and I'm kind of gatvol of it now).

95.8 this morning.

It's a pattern indeed. I can't seem to get past 92.x at weigh in although I do reach 91.x during the week.

And now it's Friday and the weekend looms large with all it's temptations. Argghhhhh.....

You can only get so far with a good diet. At some stage you need to start increasing the amount of excersize you do.

Aaaaand I cracked. Having an Old Harbour and got a mid range HPF for tonight. No junk food is the deal though, will stick to my Fitchef dinners, that makes a huge difference.

Had the last HPF Posmeester last night. Currently draining a Gabrielskloof “The Blend”.
