I started walking a 3km route at 7am a couple of weeks ago that takes about 30 minutes. It's a bit up and down with a huge hill in the middle so I'm sweating and knackered by the time I get home.

Anyway, point is as a motivation to keep it going and not be lazy and make excuses, I thought I'd listen to a book while walking. So I picked The Stand by Steven King which I'd read before but always fancied a listen to. It's nearly a 48 hour listen, compared to the usual 6 or 7 hour for a novel and I'm over 15 hours into it with 32 to go. And now I'm even volunteering to take the dog out for more walks recently so I can listen for a bit.
I've also started walking
Put on 8kgs since last January

I don't even point that out anymore as I gave up on that ten years ago. But yeah, no sugar at all. I'll drink Pepsi Light (diet Coke has an after taste that makes me nauseous for a minute), so yes to fizzy a drink but no sugar.
Be careful, All those. Lite/Zero and Max variants actually contain non nutritive sweeteners which confuses the insulin response and guy bacteria, it can cause an increase in hunger.

Apart from that it does contribute to weight gain, you have your liver to thank for this. It's the same way it processes alcohol.

A 2L bottle lasts 3-4 days. I am losing weight daily so that's not a problem.

I hit 95.1 this morning, so 1.9 down from Monday weigh in. Your arse kicking gave me the push :p
1.9 is nice! :)

I went up yesterday :( and down again today. So from 102.3 to 101.3 for the week so far. Going to try my best to behave (within cheat day limitations) tomorrow.

I'm planning a quiet weekend. Same food regime and no wine or beer, maybe just a couple of whiskies ;)

Far from it

Listen, the heaviest I've weighed is 101kgs, pre cancer.... I'm now at 68kgs. My lowest was last year Jan at 60kgs
Just because you're not heavy doesn't mean you can't be thicc, height play's a role too.

I'm just happy I got through the weekend. I had so much wine yesterday I still feel a bit pissed sitting here just now.

Meh.

Was 101.3 for three days last week, so would have been 1.0. Hopefully a large overnight loss as often happens to me on a Monday evening.

Looking forward to the first major milestone, sub 100. Hopefully this week.

Yeah, Wed-Fri is the day I lose a lot after the weekend excesses. Funny thing is, on Saturday morning I weighed in at 94.8, had a massive download and weighed again at 94.1. That meant 2.9 for the week since Monday so it highlighted to me how false the Monday weigh in is because you are still full of the pizza and wine. But it jumped back to 95.8 yesterday and settled at 95.4 this morning. So a bit up and down and another steely resolve not to drink so much wine at the weekend.

Funny, I tend to lose the first half of the week.

Yeah I did better this Saturday on the booze front.

Monday weigh in can be deceptive, but since I started with that I need to continue or it messes up the data. But it evens out over time anyway.

That "download" deserves to be posted here:

I eat my supper for breakfast and my breakfast for dinner.

Exercise

Cycling between 5 - 15km 3 times a week.

Push ups: Up to 15 reps * 3 sets = 45 every second day.

Replaced with running (started last night) (I was fucked when I got home.)

I only drink Rooibos/Green Tea and Water.

No alcohol/drugs.

No more bread.

I still have the occasional sweet treat but I limit myself, I'm aiming to drop my body fat percentage as my chest area is embarrassing, I've always worn a second skin to the beach/pool.
