I've had a bit of a midweek blip. Pizza on Wednesday night and last night went to a Greek restaurant and basically ordered everything on the menu. That's food, beer and wine, and of course baklava to finish.

Tsk tsk.

I usually crack after a few months but have been good so far. 107.5 today, started at 111.2 so 3.7 so far. Second notch on my belt is already easier, was a bit of a strain two weeks ago.

But I am splitting it this time, 10 for end 2022 and 10 for start 2023. Each holiday indulgence will equal a solid beach walk. Want to get fit anyway, so bonus.

I. Must. Not. Fuck. Up. This. Weekend. ;)

I was so hungover this morning it never even crossed my mind to weigh in. Besides, I'd taken a leaf from your book and thought it a good idea to move to Tuesdays anyway.

Kept of having to pull up my pants so I've moved from notch #2 on my belt to #3. Last year I managed to get to notch #4.5 (had to punch a hole).

Going nowhere fast at the moment, I think I'll give it a rest until after Christmas. Hectic schedule next couple of weeks jetting around Europe so meals will be when and where possible rather than planned.

Yeah, same here, giving it a rest until the new year. Made some progress but struggling to remain committed.

If we sell our company then I'll be going to the office a few days a week, that would make it much easier for me.

The move into town has been a nightmare for the diet. No more just seeing what’s in the cupboard when you have every restaurant and food joint a minute or two walk away.

Starting again on Monday. Got everything in place (smoothies, dinners, snacks). Anyone want to join me? @Spizz @Sinbad

I'll start around 108 with 90 the target over four months. Done it before so this will be a breeze. No stress factors this time. Everything is good.

Bad timing for me. My sister and BiL are visiting from Scotland and it's been a wild ride that is not coming to and end until middle of next week. So yes and no, I will join you but only when they have gone home :p

Right, here we go again. And this is the last time. Once at target I WILL remain there. I've given up on red wine, it is a problem in my life and makes me feel like shit every day. It can't only be the alcohol, whatever else is in red wine is a factor. Even tried switching to lower alcohol red wine and the problem is still there albeit a bit less. Done with it. Also will not drink during the work week, that's for Fri-Sun and I'm sticking to beer. I'm not going to kJ count this time, it's really just about a lifestyle change that must be maintainable. Been wine free for three days and already lost several kg (would mostly be due to water retention, which I get from regular drinking). So starting at 106.9kg. @Spizz @Sinbad care to join? Primary target is 90kg and secondary target is 85kg. Expect it to take 4-6 months for the first target.

Good man. I am looking for an excuse not to join but I can't think of one. I never really weight these days but for some reason did so this morning.

So, Day 1 - 102.6kg.
