Tsk tsk.I've had a bit of a midweek blip. Pizza on Wednesday night and last night went to a Greek restaurant and basically ordered everything on the menu. That's food, beer and wine, and of course baklava to finish.

Going nowhere fast at the moment, I think I'll give it a rest until after Christmas. Hectic schedule next couple of weeks jetting around Europe so meals will be when and where possible rather than planned.

Decided to start next week anyway.Bad timing for me. My sister and BiL are visiting from Scotland and it's been a wild ride that is not coming to and end until middle of next week. So yes and no, I will join you but only when they have gone home
Right, here we go again. And this is the last time. Once at target I WILL remain there. I've given up on red wine, it is a problem in my life and makes me feel like shit every day. It can't only be the alcohol, whatever else is in red wine is a factor. Even tried switching to lower alcohol red wine and the problem is still there albeit a bit less. Done with it. Also will not drink during the work week, that's for Fri-Sun and I'm sticking to beer. I'm not going to kJ count this time, it's really just about a lifestyle change that must be maintainable. Been wine free for three days and already lost several kg (would mostly be due to water retention, which I get from regular drinking). So starting at 106.9kg. @Spizz @Sinbad care to join? Primary target is 90kg and secondary target is 85kg. Expect it to take 4-6 months for the first target.
