I looked at this chart on Sunday and was embarrassed to see I haven't changed much in the last 9 or 10 weeks. So I have resolved to get back on board and stop kidding myself on. I had been maintaining well, but that's for when I reach my goal, not now. So now I'm off the booze, pizzas and sneaky biscuits and chips, and this time I'm not heading to 90 as I previously planned, but to 87.
My birthday is in about 4 weeks so I'm going to reward myself with a whisky on a Saturday night until then, but no more wine and beer at other times.
