I looked at this chart on Sunday and was embarrassed to see I haven't changed much in the last 9 or 10 weeks. So I have resolved to get back on board and stop kidding myself on. I had been maintaining well, but that's for when I reach my goal, not now. So now I'm off the booze, pizzas and sneaky biscuits and chips, and this time I'm not heading to 90 as I previously planned, but to 87.

My birthday is in about 4 weeks so I'm going to reward myself with a whisky on a Saturday night until then, but no more wine and beer at other times.

I've stalled twice for 3 weeks at a time. Just a waste of time.

It's kinda normal as your body adjusts to things. You'll probably find that while your weight is staying static, you're still losing some cm... (assuming you're not cheating all over the place)

You better watch yourself buddy, right behind you. I will have a good chuckle when I overtake you having started at 112.2! ;)

That should un-stall you. Weekend food seems to be your weakness. ;) Good luck!

Thanks. But I haven't had a drink since Sunday and have had two decent healthy meals a day all week. Had a bit of quiche and salads at lunchtime, soup this evening.

Pretty much the same. Though the smoothie for lunch isn't all that satisfying. I do snack at night after dinner but low kJ stuff.
