Something really is not working. Major bloat, and it's not going away (like 2kg worth)...

I suspect it may be my yummy goslings rum. But that's nearly finished, so we shall see.

I have reached the same point that I have reached for many weeks now. 93.x at weigh in, couple of days later I'm 91.9. How the fuck do I get through the weekend without putting it back on?

Answers on a postcard please.

I'm going to take a week break from the diet, reset my mind and start fresh next Monday. Going to work in town in a coffee shop a few mornings this week to get out of the house, working from home all the time is starting to close in on me again.

McDonald's burger tonight! Pity we don't have a Burger King.

The reset is needed now and again. I've been stalled for such a long time now but have been content with maintaining while my head has been a bit all over the place. I'll continue with y Tuesday weigh ins just now.

And Steers is much better than McDonalds imo ;)

Hectic day but this mornings weigh in was 93.2. Only 0.2 down from last week but down for the third week in a row so can’t complain.

The annoying thing was I was 92.9 yesterday but got greedy in going for the Tuesday weigh in in the hope of losing more. Ended up going up but already will be below 92.9 as today’s weigh in is a blip due to inactivity in the bowels I reckon.

Hey ho on we go.

haha i found out that a large part of the floor in my new bnb is too wonky for my scale. Got readings between 88 and 108 kg this morning... So I've found a spot that works. Back on track now, only me in the place so not buying any inappropriate food to tempt myself with, and there's only one fast food delivery option in the area :D (and, it's keto friendly)

Also, decided that I'm going to do brunch daily, which will get me through to dinner time with no issues. Couple of cups of creamy coffee in the morning will keep me going till 10 or 11...

So, here we go.
