My brother decorates polystyrene spheres using pins and various sequins. I tried that, but don't have his patience.
oh you should try pinning an orange with whole cloves. A lot of work but the end result is worth it - I love the smell

If you switch it off it will run at 0%.

Seriously, check task manager, click the CPU column header to sort it and see what is using the CPU.
Yeah with mine, the culprit was Firefox - it was heavy on the CPU so I had no choice but to go back to Chrome until Mozilla fixes the issue

Changes constantly. Been staring at the Task Manager for 2 weeks now.
Usual suspects:
  • Service Host: Task Scheduler
  • McAfee
  • Windows Explorer
  • Service Host: Windows Update
  • Services & Controller App
  • Microsoft Teams
Performed a Storage Test - passed
Rebuilt the Indexing - improved issues so that sometimes I even get 10% CPU usage....WHOOP!

Switch on Chrome = 100% CPU

Disable antivirus software and see what happens - don't have it connected to the internet though
/UNABLE TO COMPLY

Disconnect from internet = 8-45% CPU
Connect back to = 18-100% CPU

It seems that CPU's outlast most hardware. I have not experienced or tested a failed CPU in my entire life as a technician or in my personal capacity.

I use FireFox on my PC and Chrome on my phone. Hardly ever have an issue.
