I think the big difference is that you actually have to follow the signs over there. Here no one really gives a shit.

Not that I can think of, most are pretty similar to SA or quite self-explanatory, maybe other than a 24 hours no stopping sign

and one find I find quite funny at times, national speed limit applies (which is 60mph/97kmh even on single lane country roads)
