The only place I can find that have stock is this place:

It says at the bottom they recommend you use Coopers Light Dry Malt. Are you using it too?

So if it says "1.5kg Coopers Light Dry Malt", you use 1.5kg sugar?
i always use 1kg sugar, 1 tin of Coopers brew and add about 2 litres hot water
stir for 60 seconds
top up with cold tap water to the 24l mark on bucket
add packet of yeast that comes with the tin
give it a quick stir and close the lid
add airlock and wait 7 days before bottling

I normally use one tin of LME and then grain for the rest of the sugars. If you use brand name extracts, it will be more expensive. What you could try is dextrose instead of sucrose. I see it's R22/kg at brewcraft.
