Thought this interesting:
Intensivstation = ICU
Ungeimpft = unvaccinated
Geimpft = vaccinated
Jahre = Years
7oi93fl6dc281.png

So the gray box:
1) If over the age of 60, without vaccination, chance of ICU is 6.5x higher for same age group if vaccinated
2) If under the age of 60, without vaccination, chance of ICU is 18.5x higher for same age group if vaccinated
1) If under the age of 60, without vaccination, chance of ICU is 1.6x higher than over 60 vaccinated age group

Stats are based on 25 October to 21 November of this year for German public medical health plan (so everyone, since everyone is automatically insured if live there), fetched 26 Nov. 2021.

Pfizer, BioNTech vaccine neutralises Omicron with three shots

Dec 8 (Reuters) - BioNTech and Pfizer (PFE.N) said on Wednesday a three-shot course of their COVID-19 vaccine was able to neutralise the new Omicron variant in a laboratory test and they could deliver an upgraded vaccine in March 2022 if needed.

The German and U.S. companies said two doses of their vaccine resulted in significantly lower neutralising antibodies but a third dose boosted those antibodies by a factor of 25.

In samples of blood taken around a month after the third shot the Omicron variant was neutralised about as effectively as two doses neutralised the original virus identified in China.

BioNTech CEO Ugur Sahin suggested that countries might consider shortening the time period between second and third doses of the vaccine to combat the new variant.

Sahpra has approved a third Pfizer vaccine booster shot.
Read the full statement here:
The South African Health Products Authority (Sahpra) initially approved the use of Pfizer’s Comirnaty® Covid-19 vaccine on 16 March 2021, in terms of section 21 of the Medicines and Related Substance Act (Act 101 of 1965).
On 17 November 2021, Sahpra received an application from Pfizer to amend the dosing schedule for the Comirnaty® Covid-19 vaccine, allowing an optional third (booster) dose. Following evaluation of the data submitted, Sahpra has approved the following options:
- A third dose of the Comirnaty® Covid-19 vaccine in individuals aged 18 years and older, to be administered at least 6 months after the second dose.
- A third dose of the Comirnaty® Covid-19 vaccine in individuals aged 12 years and older who are severely immunocompromised, to be administered at least 28 days after the second dose.
The data provided only dealt with the situation of homologous boosting, where the third dose is of the same vaccine as the initial course (in this case, two doses).
Sahpra is aware of the keen interest in the efficacy and safety of heterologous boosting regimens (so-called “mix-and-match” approaches) and invites the submission of supportive data in this regard.

I audited a company in Saudi yesterday and asked them about Covid. They said you cannot go anywhere if you are not double jabbed, including shopping malls and shops.
