technically it is still weekend as i go back to work tomorrow for 3 days
finally bottled my beers today, i now have 50 litres of beer maturing and another 45 odd litres brewing

Memorial day today in the US.

Seems the worst loss of life was the war they had with themselves

Started the weekend off yesterday by sleeping in, had Friday off
made a lekker braai last night, drank out the last of my brandy
today is bottling 1 batch of Coopers if its ready, otherwise bottle it tomorrow

I finished the last of my better whiskys:



I only have half a bottle of JW Black left.

i have 2 tots brandy left
and 3 tots Gin
and 1x500ml black label
and 1 x300ml Fokof Lager

and a batch of Munton Stout i bottled last week which i have been drinking but i give it a 3/10 as it can taste a busload better
will dig into the Coopers Preachers Lager tonight that i bottled 5 days ago but once again i am not expecting miracles

only 2 more nights to go

can this weekend please end already?

Last batch of apple and rooibos came out way too dry but sure has one hell of a kick. Will end up tossing it. Experimental fruit brews were fun but I've ordered enough booze to keep me going for a while again. Just still need to stock up on some beens.

Now just to wait for delivery.

Similar, actually thinking of getting another wine fridge.

48 bottles of wine and 25 bottles of spirits from various suppliers. Going to be interesting to see who delivers first. Only items still left on shopping list are grapefruit tonics and beer.

I came to the realisation, being a teacher as well now, that I just don't have the time to make my own as well. I can also live without beer as long as I have wine and gin.

Nothing much so far. Started making a new cider on Friday. Gamed Friday night (till early hours). Went shopping yesterday - and then gamed. Today I will so some work and play games again. Keeping house livable inbetween and getting clothes cleaned. Really getting into Grim Dawn. Ranked up in CS and deranked in CS too.
