Fifty isn't old - tsek! Come stay in Sedgefield. 80-somethings are out jogging. I know a guy who is 94 who speed walks to the shops. Octogenarians are pomping themselves silly here.
When you hit a century - then you're old.

Yeah I see people in their 70s hiking to top of Table Mountain no problem

Otherwise I'm still working and am a civil engineer.

12km hike over Devils Peak, Table Mountain, and around it a few times.
It was gruelling and took over 8hrs
Elevation climb for the day 1100metres

Broken

Had a lekker hot shower and now tucked up in nice clean fresh cotton clothes enjoying a Black Label as my body starts becoming normal again.

Picked up tiny bits of debris from my bedroom floor
Wiped down exposed surfaces in my room

Picked up by my brother on Sunday afternoon - went home for lunch and Netflix with my family [[You should have left

Back to Beatty House, showered, went sure I did wht i needed to before loadshedding begun at 21H00.
