I have clients that a specialist drs, located in 3 different hospitals. Some days I visit all 3. And even different drs on a days, located in 1 facility. Still not been ill with flu/covid.
I've not had flu in years.
Meaning going to food shop is probably less risk than my day to day work.

Checkers about 1,1-1,2km. But their staff attitude sux, so people don't bother buying from there unless specials are good.
Woolies food same distance as checkers. Their lactose free milk is delicious.

All 3 those are in different centres. 4th corner of the intersection contains a garage.

Also 2 large malls one about 3, 6km other about 6km. So never have to go far.

My biggest problem is fungus/fungi of any kind.

Starts with a terrible sneeze and instant epic nose burn . Then I take allergy stuff and leave.

Yes, if your shower has little/lots black/grey/whatever spots I can't visit or very short visit if I take meds. Same if you have a slow water leak in kitchen as mold starts to form with time.

I've had people intentionally cough in my face (they think it's funny) and still seldom that I get flu from that. Bronchitus - last had in 2005, and only cause I was stupid.
I USE to smoke. And even then I was not prone to snot illness.

I am allergic to penicillin and antibiotics, as they are pretty much derived from antibiots. Meaning I can only be treated symptomaticly.
Appendix out, no antibiotics used.

The closest I get to antibiotcs is pure unheated and untreated raw honey. Which I'm happy to eat on a spoon.

I still like the smell of a decent quality fresh burning cigarette, can even stand next to someone smoking. It does smell nice, but I don't get that must have it/need it feeling.
Have not smoked in 8 years, closer to 9 years. Went cold turkey. I guess it was my time to stop.
I never did like stinky dirty ashtrays though
