Probably the crappy drinking water currently.
Don't use rehydrate. Use 100% apple juice and pre-boiled water 50/50
Juice must not be a mix of apple and other juice. So box must say 100%.
Start little sips at a time.

I am still on a diet when it comes to early morning breakfasts. Seems this establishment doesn't provide them. But I do get food.
