Not at all, they figure everyone has it. I was on a few flights like this last year and the herding around before and after the plane was was over the top and pretty silly when they still jam you on a plane.

Even after I passed my test taken after 6 days and informed clear after 8 days, they still kept me in quarantine for another 6 days with no further testing. Then when they let me go, they jammed me onto a full flight from Joburg to Cape Town
