personally i do that in 90 minutes or less if i am thirsty

That's one of the issues of having a 0% BAC level. Couple it with the fact they want to lock you up for 7 days before you can be bailed if charged with DD it's looking like quite an oppressive law.

Section 65 of the principal Act is hereby amended—
(a) by the substitution for subsections (2) and (3) of the following subsections,
respectively:
‘‘(2) No person shall on a public road— 5
(a) drive a vehicle; or
(b) occupy the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle the engine of which is
running, while there is any concentration of alcohol in any specimen of blood taken from any part of his or her body
