It's ridiculous really. I am going to downgrade as they make it too hard to get to level 5, and then they can just change the rules as they like. Do they expect us to read the 10 pages of fine print every month to see if a word has changed? In this case "or more" to "more than". FFS. If it wasn't for the several thousand I get back every month I really would tell them to get stuffed.

Yeah same reason I downgraded to Premier as I'm not travelling internationally much now (and the difference in fees would pay for lounge access if I did) and keeping it up for Private was just too much hassle.

On Premier it's straight forward enough without being a special effort. I do 99% on the 1st of every month and that's the job done, then on the 15th I just check the Takealot specials and do all the stupid app kak.
