I haven't been following this thread. Has a consensus been reached as to whether this forum tolerates racism?
Depends on the users.... some black and coloured beggers call you racist for not "donating" to their drinking funds...... many users here are no different only here the donation is agreement with their ideology.
Another “realist” who wants to stir but not rebut any of the facts?
Calling racists racist is the new racism. There are some who can't accept white people can be racist, believe it or not, there are some who will defend people like Steve Hofmeyr and even Hendrik Verwoerd.

Quite the strawman you have going there. There are some who can't accept white people can be racist, believe it or not, there are some who will defend people like Steve Hofmeyr and even Hendrik Verwoerd.
Same logic to calling criticism 'cancel culture' or decency 'virtue signalling'.I have been called racist many times for pointing out racism, I still dont get the logic behind it

It's supposed to make the accusation meaningless, and worse, imply the fault lies with the accuser.
I applaud your construction techniques, Alice. On top of accusing @newjourno of constructing a strawman you have build, singlehandedly a more massive straw man - nay, a vertiable straw giant! And you managed to follow that up with Godwins Law, just when we all thought you were exhausted by your efforts.Quite the strawman you have going there.
Calling Mofmeier "literally hitler".
Morning Dave. Did you answer my question ? No you didn't. I left because arguing with you or any of the other goody twoshoes is a waste of time.Looks like @TabacNW now realises he was being racist with his stereotypical generalisations and is not going to debate any further (maybe feeling embarrassed?).
He was reading the thread 30 minutes ago and then left without commenting or answering any further.
It puzzles me that people keep calling him racist.... no one has yet been able to point out to me one thing he said that was actually racist.....One of the things I noticed about the other forum is that we can all for instance agree that the BLF is racist yet people will go out of their way to defend the aggressor (often on a technicality when it's clear as daylight that they are racist) or use whataboutisms if they are white like for example Steve Hofmeyr.
Of course you are wrong. Let me give an example.Or do you believe that something negative said about a race is racist even if it happens to be true?
Do you believe I am wrong in only believing something to be racist if it is false?
Morning Dave. Did you answer my question ?
by your anecdotal evidence it should then be possible to take a fat black 20 year old university student who hasn’t done any manual labour in his life and just by allowing him to smoke dagga for 20 minutes he will suddenly be able to dig and operate heavy manual machinery underground in a mine for 8 hours without a break.
Is that what you’re trying to say?
that fat black 20 year old university student will work like a machine for 8 hours 1km underground without a break after 20 minutes of dagga smoking?
Yes? No?
and because he’s black that fat black student will be a better miner than any of these guys?

This is true for some "white" men. But which "white" men?
From personal experience in SA at least, I've found this statement is mainly attributed to those mainly in white friendship circles but it's relative. The same holds true for black people who grow up in those circles because their dancing can also lack rhythm. The white guys I've seen who are in mixed-race friendship circles usually can dance quite well but because they are exposed to a bigger variety of music.
If disco, disco house or funky house have never moved your soul, my best suggestion is what I call the Barry White dance. From personal experience in SA at least, I've found this statement is mainly attributed to those mainly in white friendship circles but it's relative. It's partially linked to musical taste. Rock music seems to be popular in majority-white circles and dance moves that one can expect to pull off in a rock concert (i.e something from Avril Lavigne, Korn or Blink 182) will very much look out of place in a mainstream multi-cultural setting.
