Did the said woman actually have it the first time round?
Apparently so, she had symptoms and took a test.

Even in Sweden where the state was secretly aiming for herd immunity is turning out to be the opposite as only a fraction are testing positive for antibodies.

Maybe antibodies aren't the thing to be looking for? Very few people in Europe are dying from the disease at the mo.

Doesn't mutation play a role? There are several strains active right now globally.

Medical Research Council reports estimated 17 000 excess deaths during Covid-19 outbreak

The South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) on Wednesday reported an estimated 17 000 more deaths than expected, or "excess deaths", occurred in the country since May this year.
