Good progress there guys.
Decided to take a break this week too. Back to checking in on Monday. In theory this will break the plateau going by previous data. Been maintaining at 96, about 2 above where I was before the break, this is normal for my body when I drink daily, it's about 2kg in water retention. Still 16 down at current weight.
Yeah, I'm not done with this. 90 will be achieved in the next few weeks/months.Yep, I was also considering a break a week or two ago as the stagnation was getting me down. But I somehow got a second wind while managing to maintain and now I feel ready to kick on.

I am absolutely chuffed to bits with this after weekend birthday celebrations which started with a day off on Friday and continued until last night when I fell into bed. I had pizza, burgers, chips and dips, chocolate bars and a shed load of alcohol so I'll take this as a win
