IMO, all crypto is a thumb suck. I don’t have a clue what is going on and I’ve no idea where these things will head. Bit $0.02 seems cheap to me when I’m not selling until this thing hits at least $100, whether that be in 1 year or 10.

But yeah. I paid £50 for 7200 Doge back then and now you’ll get about 2600 for the same amount of cash. I’d say buy. But wtf do I know? :D
True. But then if it falls to $0.01 and I could have made $170000 instead of $85000 I'll be kicking myself for not holding out. But then if it never falls I'll be kicking myself for not getting in. Fark it, I'm just buying and forgetting about the "if"s.

If dogecoin goes to the moon and back, what does that mean?

I’m playing the long game with money I’m already resigned to lose. “Playing” being the operative word. Sounds like you’re gambling and I hope it pays off for you bud.

It’s fucking stupid.

So don’t get involved.

For me my spend is akin to night at the cinema with my family. In fact my investment is far less than a 5 tickets to a movie with popcorn, slush puppies and a jumbo box of Astro’s each.

But the entertainment will last 1,000,000 times longer and I might even make a small fortune at the end of it.

Well every trade is a gamble. It's just $17.50 I have lying around.

Haven’t and won’t. I have been very public in my objection to it.

It’s the most successful scam in history.
Only use for it is get rich quick undeserving speculators and criminal networks to launder money.
It’s a massive polluter, think electricity production and electronic waste.
Transactions are slow and expensive.
Useless as a currency due to volatility.
Caused unavailability and high prices for GPUs for a long time. Unfair to gamers.
Causes a proliferation of ransomware attacks.

Why do you think I was banned from mybb?

Yellen, the new US Treasury Secretary, has said they are going to stop the criminal transactions, which is what most of it is. Crypto is going to tank and die in the next year or two. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Fair enough. Taking the moral high ground on crypto is a bit of a weird hill to die on, but each to their own mate.

For me it's a bit of low risk fun that I share with my son and daughter. And you never know, I might get rich for my few $ outlay.

This is what gets me. Normally intelligent people thinking they can get rich from nothing. Where will all this money come from to pay these millions of new rich?
