I prefer staying healthy
It's not uncommon for me to get in the car with a packet/container with frozen blueberries, nuts or mix there of.
And for those days that I'm running into shit due to time, I keep a plant based protein powder (no lactose, no soya either as that seems to not quite agree with me and it tastes awful). It doesn't contain any of the weight loss or other supplements. I do try keep that down to a minimum, but sometimes you need to prepare and eat in under a minute coz you need to leave to get somewhere.
I can feel if I don't eat enough protein. Thank goodness I enjoy meat, I somehow think this would be very difficult, though not impossible for vegetarians. Vegans would have to live off protein powder. I eat 25 eggs (mostly just the whites, the dogs enjoy most of the yolks).
I do exercises and walking 6 days a week. Also generally very active in my 18-19 hr days.
Talking about berries! Raspberries and black berries today. All 100g of frozen goodness incoming!!!
