Fekking covid and the entire travel industry can go get stuffed.

Was supposed to go skiing in December but EU locked us out, Ohnonono! Omicron! South Africa is the anti-christ!

Managed to get everything resolved apart from 1 small bit, the fekking flights, its been 7 weeks now and I can't get a peep out of Lufthansa. The call centers only deal with new bookings and minor changes. The website chat function is staffed by idiots. The social media teams can only apologize and explain someone will get to me eventually, please be patient. I see on their Facebook page there are people who have been waiting 5 months and still don't have answers!



Wanted to rebook to do the trip in March but it's a mess now as well. France is open but Switzerland is still closed. I can book new tickets with another airline but then I have to do an 8-hour train journey instead of just flying to Geneva.

I mean mom was being drugged at home the past few years, ended up falling often and stuff like that. So the hip replacements should sort out the pain and the requirement for drugs.
