I'm doing a sorta banting type of thing now since yesterday.
No obvious carbs like pastas, bread etc. NO BEER
NO sugar in tea/coffee
NO eating after 7pm
Drink lots of water + lemon juice

Banting didn't work for, counting kilojoules is all that works for me. Which means cutting out alcohol 6 days a week.
