Do you just toss a seed in the hole or do you need to fill it?

I'm pretty sure my replant will succeed so might try it next year.

How's your germination success rate?

Potatoes, ginger and tumeric planted. As I'm spacing it out as I'm supposed to, as opposed to my previous guerilla gardening approach, it took up 9 of the 12 sq meter (there's basil, mint, rosemary and morjiram in the other 3). So no more space. The seedlings will go into the five grow boxes in the greenhouse and the six outdoor grow boxes on the other side of the house. As the wind trashes my plants I'll focus on carrots, beets and Swiss Chard outside and keep the tomatoes, butternut etc in the greenhouse.

Plumbago shrub is toxic and not just one part , its all parts if ingested can cause issues in stomach and it is not reported to be toxic to birds , cats, dogs , ...

I read that but your pic is more enlightening as to why. But they are on the ground still so not yet. A few more days so I can get below the leaves. They were planted about 10-15cm deep.
