I don't see why people made such a fuss about this. Fantastic scenery with a few laughs sprinkled in this very slow-moving story. God-awful Americans throughout. Who can stand these people? 6/10

This is a fascinating true story about The Yorkshire Ripper. It's well made and felt like I stepped right back into the 1970s. 8/10

Did I mention Fauda here? I can't recall. It is a heavy going Netflix show about the Israeli/Palestine conflict. It comes from the Israeli perspective but it is honest in showing neither side in a good light, both sides get a lot of attention and neither side comes off looking very good.
Life on Mars
Season 1 & 2This 2006/7 series shows its age, but it has a very realistic 70's setting. It is a great story, but not always executed correctly. 7/10

Season 1 & 2This hilarious horror series is mainly marred by the daughter character ( Gaynor = Gus Birney). She is not believable as a 16-year-old teenager, the actress is 24. 7/10

Season 1: Mostly it is hilarious, but two episodes are not very good. 7/10Season 2: An improvement, no bad episodes. 8/10

Swedish language. A true story that I couldn't watch more than a few episodes at a time due to its very disturbing content. 8/10
Lessons in Chemistry
A missed opportunity to make a statement about women's rights, instead this story is all over the show with no singular purpose. The narrating dog was also out of place. 6/10

I won't return for season 2 because of the huge plot holes and an unlikeable main character. Otherwise, this is shot very well and the action sequences are good. 6/10
