I don't eat much red meat, and if I do, it's venison or ostrich. I sometimes use Flora ProActive margarine, otherwise I go straight to jam or peanut butter. Cholesterol issues.

To be honest, I don't know to what extent butter affects LDL cholesterol levels. I may be falling for Flora ProActive as a marketing gimmick.
