Tbh, in your case I would check the state of the mattress and pillow, then the chair you mainly sit on, and what should probably be first but takes the longest: strengthen your core.
And if you have a "gaming" chair, throw it out, those are horrendous for posture.

They're all pretty much the same, they're bad.
I used to have an office chair and still do at my desktop. I prefer this chair. But you have to remember that I have a step that my feet go on so I do not sit as others do
Lower back? I thought the bed was the problem but still persists after buying a new one.

Next game, Tribble died right at the beginning, this was second hunt and was just there in the window to the right of the door running after someone in the house.
