@biometrics just a heads up...
Don't make too much at a time. Try to space it out since the beer is good for 4-5 days - apparently. Having said that I'm going to test that theory

It's going to depend on the alcohol %. I need to share too.

There's no consensus between home brewers on exactly what % you'll get. From what I can tell every 100g of sugar will ferment to anything from 47 - 62ml ethanol
Do the math

For now I have 5x5L bottles on order. I figure that's about the right pipeline.
