I was planning on pouring it through coffee filters to remove sediment.
No sure, you have to filter it. Do it from one bottle into another . Just make sure you have enough 5L bottles - less hassle

Right, placed an order with P&P for the missing items. Getting it Tuesday, so will make my first brew on Wednesday.

Good luck to the both of us.
It looks pretty easy. Think the critical factor is sterilisation. I have Jik so I can use that I think. P&P order includes lots of water, those bottles should be sterile to begin with. Hopefully spring water is ok to use.

Just finished and I think I fucked up this first batch by killing the yeast
Silly mistake, I went with the lemon juice instead of the lemons. Only after I was done it dawned on me, shit there's preservatives in that juice
(Sulphur dioxide)
