Just realised they sent it to an old Paypal account of mine. So I see Offers under Wallet and they say I must click the Use Offer button but of course, I can't see such a button, so how did you do it?

Grrr, searching my mail I see I have another abandoned PayPal account with the same $10. As you can imagine I'm now frustrated and slightly obsessed with claiming my free $20!

I need to work it out again but I have services such as the server, amazon bulk email, local domain email, domain, software licenses (haven't updated in a while) etc. Probably R500/month.
