60% of book value is write off.
book value is R62700.

first quote was R54800
Second quote is R37844
I am going to risk it and send it on.
but I am still going to speak to the people and get the quote down by about R15K

If you have two 3200MHz RAM modules of the same capacity, both CL16, but one is from GSkill and the other is Mushkin, how much trouble will that cause?

minimal. not ideal but wont cause any issues
might need to run both below top speed but chances are you can run at normal speed.
