It might take a few days to get used to not having brekkie, but it does get normal and much easier. If you struggle fist couple of days, have a bit of fruit to get you through.
Also try not to eat between meals.

Fish is a vegetable, so there at least, you are okay.Up 0.2 last week to 93.2. Wholly unsurprising given the weekend I had but it was a good weekend so I’ll take that.
