Late Nite Check In

I am so tired
less than 4 hours sleep - my fault I know but still

Increase it to 6 - that’s what I survive on these days now and honestly better than no sleep

I used to have 5 - then got 7. But I was writing that stupid poem last night so went to bed later than planned
I really should stop writing useless stuff

It’s not useless, just set yourself a routine. I learnt that I go to bed earlier if I chill out in front of tv with Netflix 2 hours before my scheduled bed time. I tried playing Merge Dragons and I couldn’t keep my eyes open at 22:00. That game always puts me to sleep lol

I also find having a nice shower or bath two hours before bed helps too
