Was up around 5 but chose to go back to bed. Have a really bad headache today

Pain isn't bad but it is still there. And I feel this pressure on my forehead. Writing proposals is not going quickly

back from my shift - went to Goole to chat with a recruiter about a job and she gave me an address to go and see what the job entails and see how I get on with it.

I have to be there 10am tomorrow morning.
