Lol the place I’m trying to buy is in a terrible condition.I've managed to clear all my debt apart from my bond which is a work in progress.

I have one in my office - they run off battery and will eventually run out of power. The flickering is really annoying.Last week I replaced two emergency bulbs in my bedroom. Last night 8 pm the power went off (LS), and these two bulbs switched on. The light switch was off. I then switched off the lights at the breaker panel, all other emergency lights went off except for these two.
At 2 am we had loadshedding again, they remained off (switch was off).
