Sunday pizza.
A French styled pissaladiere from Provence; gotta love caramelised onions, garlic, lots of anchovies, olives and thyme; (no cheese required, although is an extra treat with dollops of camembert.)

Standard pizza dough in a square / rectangle baking tray; pre-caramelise lots of onions, thyme and garlic as the base (instead of tomato sauce); lay on top a lattice pattern of anchovies and black pitted olives in each diamond.

I made tortillas from scratch.
I made refried beans (lemon, garlic, chili's and chipotle spice) from scratch.
I added the refried beans with cheese, olives and tomato on to the tortilla and made Quesadillas.
