Can't recall from the top of my head exact figure, but when I was in Scotland two years ago I went with my daughter to buy a kitten and it was more than R5k in GBP. The number in my head is either £250 or £350 which is about R5k/R7k. This was just a bog standard kitten, not a pedigree or anything.
