This is good - shows almost half the searches are for my company name - which means they do know about us at least. And not just our products.

How does this work?

You need to open your eyes wide - raise your eyebrows slightly - not too much - and peer in their direction.
Not sure if a smile would make the expression creepy though. So would avoid that
