Mine opens Windows Settings/About.Today's shortcut is:
OS: Windows 10
Keys: Win+Pause
Result: System information

Win + R = run dialog.Ctrl+r = run dialogue in Win 10
Ctrl+shift+Esc = task manager

:q will only get you out if there are no unsaved changes. :q! Will force exit. :wq will save and exit.
