This year, Connexion will be held at Amphitheatre Backpackers Lodge in the Northern Drakensberg. The festival has now been extended to a 5-day event.

We're steeped in gratitude for every beautiful moment shared and every bond forged since Connexion kicked off in 2018. Now we have the opportunity to forge a new one. Arjuna was born in India and grew up between there and Italy. His music wild and dense, weaving together textures from other realms that transport a dance floor to alien forests. He's been slaying it all over the world, playing to audiences tens-of-thousands strong.
We feel privileged to host such a passionate professional.

For us, the goal for Connexion has always been to keep it tight. We create a space that allows some wild sonic and optical wizards to gift us with their time and mastery - to show us how they do. We endeavour to serve the scene, because together we make every Connexion better and more powerful than the last.
We're passionate about creating authentic experiences. We cater for those, who, like us, seek out different vibrations. By embracing change and growth, it keeps the energy in our beloved scene fresh. This is what we hope to achieve by hosting like-minded humans from across the country, and across the world. For the love of underground music, its culture and its people. R950 (early bird for a full 5 day festival pass) available until the end of September (includes camping from 29/12/23 - 03/01/24)
Shorter festival passes will be made available after the early bird special ends at the end of September.

Festival starts at 12h00 on Fri 29th Dec and the last set finishes at 17h00 on the afternoon of 2nd January 2024.
Gates for the festival open at 8am everyday and close at 1am every morning. No access will be granted during closing hours.
>>~ Main Floor ~<<
Opens at 12h00 on the 29th of Dec and will close on the first 2 nights only, in the early hours of the morning for a few short hours while the Alternative floor is running. The main floor will then remain open for the duration of the festival. This floor is located right next to a beautiful small dam so be sure to bring those flotation devices and swimming attire.
NB: No swimming in the dam at night.

Opens at 18h00 - 09h00 every day and will remain open on the last day until the festival finishes at 17h00.
This floor will be located next to the pool area for maximum daytime relaxation with the bar, pool tables, 420 lounge, jacuzzi and sauna nearby.
>>~ Camping & Accommodation ~<<
Camping is included in your festival ticket. It includes the night of the 2nd for those that do not wish to drive after the festival finishes at 17h00.
The Amphitheatre Backpackers is large and has great facilities which include hot showers, toilets, communal kitchen areas, wash areas, braai facilities etc.
Please note the general camping areas are not powered.
Camping and the festival can only be accessed between the times the gates are open and closed 1am -8am.
Accommodation & Glamping options are available for those that do not wish to rough it and all of this can be booked and paid for directly through the venues booking system on the link provided

Glamping will be a private area seperate from the rest of the festival goers with its own ablutions and kitchen facilities.
