Hawks arrest VBS ‘kingpin’ Tshifhiwa Matodzi and other directors in early morning raid
  • Matodzi, former chairperson of VBS Mutual Bank and its shareholder Vele Investments, is the alleged kingpin behind R2-billion theft of the bank’s funds.
  • Others expected to be arrested include former senior VBS and Vele executives Andile Ramavhunga, Phophi Mukhodobwane, Phillip Truter and Robert Madzonga.
  • Around R2 billion was found to have been stolen from the bank.

Finally some action, may the bit players be next. *cough* eff *cough*

I hope they decide to rat out the rest.

unfortunately here, the whisteblowers/rats get arrested as seen at zondo. seeing that these are arrested, i dont have much hope of anyone else meaningful being brought to book. probably will see some of these walk, maybe some other low level gets pulled in and blamed.

ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule said on Wednesday the ruling party's decision to reinstate officials implicated in the looting of VBS Mutual Bank is not showing a middle-finger to the public but rather a matter of justice.

Until Malema, Shivambu and other leading ANC scumbags are prosecuted and imprisoned without parole.
This is all just smoke and mirrors....
