I will start .
I learned to fly a helicopter 44 hours soloed at 25 hours .( Robinson R22)
I was scared of heights and went in a helicopter with a few mates , that is when i knew i had to conquer the heights thing and fly a chopper .
That was one of my bucket list items , to fly a helicopter which i achieved , the learning curve was hectic , ground school , radio licence and the flying especially learning to hover , auto rotation was hectic .
They will not let you solo until you can auto rotate properly .

There was an autorotation accident at FAWB just this past week... The irony of the situation seems to be the engine partially failed during the exercise

But still, I'd rather have an engine failure in a helicopter than a light aircraft

Ticked off my bucketlist so far:

Skydive alone (not tandem) in 2014
Sleep on top of Table Mountain (did that 2 weeks before lockdown started)
Never get married
What's it like? Never getting married? Atleast up until the age you are now.

I wanted to travel to each continent ....
Completed that prolly in my mid 30s.

Now I wanna do the Miami to Seattle via San Diego and NY road trip.

@Papa Smurf - If you are still into skydiving - the new Sabre 3 was launched June 1st.

Maybe I should be more clear. Go up Table Mountain with the SO (see has never been either - she has a fear of heights).

We have lived all our lives in CT and are both 55. May shock some.
cool, i will let you know when the specials are back online again for locals
they host sunset cruises up and down the cable car for half price

PS I would guessed you were 35 years old LOL

I had a similar experience that is why i have never jumped and do not think i will .
funny thing is my Instructor said in our lecture course that if skydiving had never been done before and only now in this year it was invented there is no way in hell the Aviation authority would allow such silly behaviour of jumping out of a perfectly well flying plane :ROFLMAO:

So, to this day I have taken off in a Cessna plane but never landed in one

I’ve never been a big list maker and as such I’ve ticked off most of these types of boxes in my youth or by pure accident through experiences.

I’ve done the sky diving thing, flown a plane (not landing or taking off), been in a helicopter or two, been on some crazy boats and/or ships, been on a submarine, ridden a shit load of awesome bikes in my life that I never though would happen, driven a few cars that most people don’t get the opportunity to do and would have on their bucket list.

I guess the only things that pop off the top of my head would be nice to haves but not things I reckon I would feel I failed at life if I didn’t get to do them.

Own a supercar for a year would be cool.
Drive the Nürburgring.
Drive Laguna Seca.
Visit Italy.
