How diverse is the area? Are there places to avoid living if you don't want to feel at one with your white brethren? Or is it getting more multicultural? Looking at Heritage Park, but saw this article and it didn't spark joy about the area.

Btw I was born/grew up there 1968-1982, was white and privileged then no idea what it's like now. My brother still lives there and he's conservative.
