It's a matter of opinion as it goes with all music.

I would put that Police album above those three.

ELO is a guilty pleasure of mine, yet I own none of their albums.

Best Police album IMHO

100% agree it is subjective. Police are not bad at all. but I wont be happy to listen to it. and I will straight up skip any country and western albums. I plan on getting started today when I get home from work

I would do the same but I have set myself the challenge to listen to everything suggested.

I am enjoying this process. had more dud albums than good albums.
but what I am trying to do is place the music in the time and place it came from.
ignore what I am used to hearing now, and try and think about what I know of music from when the album I am listening to came out. that way it can feel new even when it is a basic punk album or a British folk pop album like today.
sometimes the wiki page on the album gives a lot of context and you can really get an appreciation for the music even if it is not something I enjoy.

it also strangely makes listening to my normal music more enjoyable as I am leaning to listen for things that I have normally taken for granted.
