The yeast is a beast. I. Must tell you the porter that is now 3 months old with Ragnarok was sooop good. It was good to start off with its now just sublime!
Just finished bottling the fighting urakai barleywine!
From 1094 to 1014 its a 10.5% full bodied beast. Ended with 23 bottles and they all being stored till Christmas
Kveik Ragnarok tore through this in 2 weeks!
Leffe blonde clone 6.5 percent turned out great!
Also did Palmers fighting urukai barleywine about 10 percent just in time to age for Christmas. Bottling this weekend.
@biometrics why not try kveik? All my beers have gone super well absolutely no issues. Fermenting at 34deg. But can do lower...

Should be fine till Nov ish.

Ok so efficiency is through the roof aimed for 6.2 got 10 so I added 6l of water this will be in the 7s. Mmm this is strong super keen to try it. Many Belgium and French beers are in this range so not too phased
