Go do it. They would never expect you to ride them as most abused horses are unrideable in the beginning. They need to learn to trust humans again

0. Wife in for surgery. Couldn't wait with her. They locked her phone away at 8, she goes in at 11. Won't know anything about how it went till I am allowed a half hour visit at 3.

You can phone them and I would. They can tell you if she is out or still in surgery. I did that when my mom went for her cancer op and I couldn't be there.
