Most IT departments change the region but leave the language as US English. It is only the keyboard they should leave as US.

Exactly my point - my mac is English, not American - so it is underlining the wrong words.

Gray is one of the most annoying colors in front-end because every time I have to check in case someone wrote grey instead. Programming one should stick to American spelling for things as most libraries are using American spelling.
